Soon they’ll be a threesome.
Former Throuple Rep. Katie Hill is more than 5 months pregnant — sharing off her “miracle baby” bump in a glamorous shoot with her boyfriend, a reporter who covered her in Congress for “Playboy.”
“And what a couple of years it’s been,” she tweeted, saying she was “truly grateful and just so excited for the next part of this journey.”
Hill told Vanity that she is 21 weeks pregnant — and admitted it came as a surprise, having been told that her battle with endometriosis, which left her with one ovary, would likely mean she would not get pregnant without IVF treatment, which she did not have.
“My life is still clearly disheveled. I don’t have a clear plan…. Planning for having a kid was not there,” Hill told the mag.
“But it’s also something where I’m 34 years old, it was clearly, like, a miracle baby,” she said.
“I need to find a way of kind of moving forward with my life, having this baby.”
Those new plans will not, at least initially, including again running for office, as she has vowed numerous times since she quit amid outrage over her “inappropriate relationship” with a campaign staffer.
“Deciding to run again would be a lot harder, especially when he’s little,” she said. But after the midterms in November next year she hopes she “can kind of take stock again,” she said.
“You still have to have that hope that things are gonna work out. And I think I’m choosing to read it as a positive sign that I got pregnant when I wasn’t supposed to be able to and that this can be kind of that next chapter of my life,” she said.
“Right now, all I want is a healthy baby…. Other things would be icing on the cake.”
She called Thomas, who she saw as her “rebound” in the weeks after she left now-ex-husband Kenneth Heslep, was her “rock” throughout all her ensuing dramas — saying they are now “trauma-bonded.”
She needs the support, she admitted, saying she is still distraught at her public embarrassment over the leaked nude photos, which she still insisted was a “f–king crime.”
“It f–ks you up to have everybody have seen these horrible naked photos of you,” Hill told Vanity Fair.
She also admitted she may have to declare bankruptcy after being ordered to pay $400,000 in legal costs over the “big disappointment” of losing her lawsuit over the publication of the pics.
“I know I have my own responsibility…. I don’t ever want to take away from that,” Hill said. “I also felt like there was a fundamental injustice here that happened and could only happen to a woman.”
