Bijay J. Anand is holding a yoga retreat amidst lush nature just two hours from Mumbai starting this 19th of November. Not many of us may know that actor Bijay J Anand of Pyar to Hona Hi Tha, Siya Ke Ram and Shershaah fame is also a world renowned Kundalini Yoga guru who is the lead trainer at some of the top yoga festivals, conferences and seminars in countries as diverse as Russia, England, China, UAE and Jamaica. Bijay has been teaching Kundalini Yoga since the past 12 years now and his followers from around the world swear that his teachings has changed their lives forever as is evident in the glowing testimonials we found in the form of comments on his social media accounts.

At his newly opened Anahata TRANSFORM Centre near Mumbai, Bijay has just announced his first ever offline event after the pandemic in the form of a 3-day Kundalini Yoga retreat. Bijay says, “Everyone in this world wants to be happy. Problem is that they are looking at the wrong places for it. Happiness, success and peace can all be found very easily if one knows where to look for them and this is where I come in. At the Anahata TRANSFORM Centre, one is exposed to the fundamentals of Ayurveda, Nature Cure, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation so that these intense 3-day events become a life-changing experience for our participants. We have been doing such retreats since the past 12 years now and it has been a deeply satisfying and humbling experience for me to be able to be the catalyst for the change in the lives of our participants. The way we organise these retreats is so beautiful that we ourselves, my wife Sonali and I, look forward to them.”
